Jenny got everything packed … it was an interesting experience… and Marc came in to help drive the truck to PA and then unload with our guys on this end. We took the train back and had a blast

We made the drive and even found a place to stay with our big 26′ truck, we did get everything in there… Had these two gentlemen to help out on this end. We were both glad since it’s effectively a three story townhouse… garage is on the ground level… Jenny even took it easy and didn’t break herself off. We then took a nap, took the truck back and headed to the train station!

Train Ride

At Rick’s recommendation we decided to take a sleeper car back to milwaukee on the train instead of flying or stressing about driving two vehicles out and one back. We were both thrilled with our trip. Next time we will get one of the bedrooms instead of the roomette but it worked fine. Jenny took the top bunk, it was a little warm but that should work fine next time. They had a wonderful lounge in Chicago we hung out in.

Anatomy Scan

Jenny had her final two ultrasounds and saw Dr Lund, her Obstetrician and her chiropractor before she left… Anatomy scan was perfect… great growth, right where baby cox is supposed to be. Cardiac ultrasound looked good, no issued identified. We are so grateful that the pregnancy has not had complications thus far. She even had a chance to see Dr. Peterson before leaving for some adjustments… she wanted to kidnap him and bring him to Pittsburgh but figured it would be bad form… Finding someone who comes close to his abilities will be a tough ask.

Marc Stays behind

For those who didn’t know, Marc is staying in Wisconsin for the foreseeable future. With the transfer difficulty of licensing between states and all the issues Jenny had with getting her’s moved over to PA we decided Marc would hang with Nala out in Wisconsin while Jenny went through her Fellowship. We aren’t sure where we will wind up, we may stay in Pittsburgh or go somewhere else… Only time will tell… But until we figure it out, Marc will have to fly out for birth of baby cox and we will just make it work!
